Great service from Jillian. She was helpful and patient in my picking up a used unit. Very responsive. They are fixing some things on it prior to my pick up, so as long as that goes as promised there really is no reason for them not to have 5 stars.

Dakota at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, and Jon—the technician who worked on my trailer—did an outstanding job. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had my trailer fixed faster than I expected. Super efficient, great service, and I highly recommend this company!

Bought a new 2024 Cedar Creek from Jimmy and had a great experience with sales, tech orientation, and financing. Sold me a new trailer for well below what everyone else in the country wanted, yet no bait and switch, no pushing overpriced service contracts! They even sold me a Reese 20k gooseneck to fit my turnover well under market price. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service department. We had a wheel on our boat trailer fall apart near Carter Lake. Unfortunately this happened on a Saturday. We left the boat at the Carter Lake Marina to reduce the weight on the tires. Dakota who took my call was heads and tails the most pleasant and helpful person. Believe me I called and stopped by a bunch of places that really didn’t want my business. Initially we thought the repair was going to be 4-6 weeks. Dean the service manager worked some magic and they had the wheel repaired in a week. Plus they serviced the other wheels to prevent future problems. Bonus the cost was far less than what the boat dealer had guessed. These guys are running a great business providing quality service.

Had a great experience while getting my first RV. I had a model in mind for a few years the I was dead set on and I saw online that they had a used one come in. Their Sales Pro, John, was super helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Their Finance Pro, Jared, went out his way to find me the best financing which ended up being much better than I had even planned for.
