Trailer Source of Wheat Ridge, RV Sales

Doesn't seem like they want to sell me a trailer. It's been over 2 weeks since I first contacted them. Since then they have handed me off to 3 different reps, all telling me quotes are coming, but nothing. If this place is this difficult to work with before even getting a quote, it doesn't give me confidence that the experience will be good moving forward. Too bad, I was prepared to spend around 8-10k and have a buddy who owns a company that could use trailers. Needless to say, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Ray in finance made everything smooth and easy, and Alex’s walk-through was one of the most thorough we’ve ever had — he explained every detail with patience and care. Highly not recommended I would stay away from this location! This has been a nightmare of an experience and the worse customer service I've ever had to deal with! From the lack of communication to the lack of accountability it's been a nightmare!! they lost our ladder durning the final detail before we pick it up and took a YEAR to get a new one! That's only one example out of the 20 different issues we're still dealing with! If you're looking to buy a camper DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

I buy many RV parts and it can be a huge frustration. That's specifically why I wanted to let everyone know about Alex Glover in parts who went above and beyond to find a little obscure part for a Forest River camper I was servicing. Not only did Alex communicate very promptly back and forth multiple times, but he made sure I got the part all the way up in the mountains which is something I did not expect. Trailer Source of Wheat Ridge should be very proud to have an employee that takes such good care of their customers on such a little part. Thank you Alex!

Worst experience ever with buying a camper. The only good experience was with the salesman everything after that from financing down to getting warranty work done has been a nightmare. Would not recommend this place.
