TRAN AUTO SERVICE

I’ve referred business to Tran Auto recently and was planning to bring our vehicles back for service. I no longer will do that. My AC stopped working suddenly as I was driving and I work a nearby 90+ degree day. I stopped by and the manager was so rude to me. He said 75$ to diagnose. I said it may be something as simple could you just take a look( now if it wasn’t I wouldn’t mind scheduling the diag for next day-and moving forward with a fix) I said it maybe something simple as it was working this morning. Could you just take a Quick Look, And we go from there It’s super hot out here. He rudely said you no have $75 I no help you and turned his back and began to walk off. I came here after having a lot of difficulty getting the issue resolved at a shop close by. This man knows cars and was able to quickly resolve the issue and get my car to pass emissions after my car had been struggling with a check engine light since March (and it is now September). I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for repairs. Super fair pricing, too. I can not thank him enough!

This will be my go-to for car service from now on. Been taking my car for service at World of Toyota and Gulf off of Medlock Rd in Decatur for years but won’t be returning. This auto shop offer quality work, fair pricing and great customer service. Was very happy with my first visit with them today. Had a drive belt replaced, oil change and tire rotation and was out of there in an hour. The shop isn’t that great to wait around in while you’re waiting for your car to get serviced but there’s a cute little coffee shop that’s in walking distance that you could go to and probably other things too but didn’t look around to see for sure.
