Transit Towing

4:00 AM CALL! When no one else was available #TransitTowing was, and they arrived right away. My car was positioned in an impossible location; very difficult to get out from a narrow dead end street parked perpendicular to the road with hardly any room to maneuver. Nonetheless, the tow driver/operator completed the task with ease. Even when the gears locked up rolling it onto the other trailer back-to-back in neutral, he figured out the way. I'm too grateful! Thank you to the entire team, including the most friendly dispatch! It's more than just experience; getting it done, without hesitation made this ordeal a breeze. Horrible towing scammers. They scam everyone into believing their own rules. Told my licensed driver he couldn’t tow a car off the property without a Yonkers towing permit and that was a lie. Yonkers towing permit is for tow companies that are trying to remove illegal parked vehicles off of private properties. Not to remove a vehicle from 1 facility to the other. Make sure you guys have a DCA medallion when coming into the city as well. You’re no longer allowed to pick up cars as well in the city. We can make rules too.

Unprofessional disrespectful people that don’t know what they’re doing and wasted my time for two days to get my vehicle out and I had all the paperwork of getting my vehicle released very bad company and they overcharged me my recommendation do not deal with this company very bad bad

Great experience, needed a car towed, they are very knowledgeable on how to properly secure vehicles. They deliver them in a timely and secure fashion. The drivers are very nice, also office management are a delight to work with and easy to get in touch with.

I give it 0 0 0 0 0 0 They are rude, they are thieves, they charge you 100 dollars to fill out the application, they charge you for a number of things, they charge you $85 in taxes, they charge you 150 to tow something that is It is moving 15 minutes apart from that they make your life impossible, they say that if not with their service they will not move the vehicle, they want to ask you for a number of things that the tow truck has to be Jon's that they Papers have to be up to date, oh my God. The worst thing is tremendous thieves $586 or so dollars, gentlemen, for 2 days of vehicle they extend 100 dollars to fill out the tax application 85 100 on one side, eh?
