Transmission Axle & Driveline

So impressed with these guys. Built a new front shaft for 83 K10 project , remade the entire thing in 1 day. I couldn't believe it when they called the next morning "its done" WOW. Thanks to Steve & the crew for awesome work

I brought my Jeep to TAD’s for driveline issues. They correctly diagnosed a failing double Cardan and completely rebuilt both driveshafts—mechanically, the result is excellent and the Jeep drives like new. However, two things undermined the experience: when I came to pick up the vehicle, the technician was searching around inside the cabin/under the seats (unclear why; nothing went missing, but it felt careless). More importantly, the Jeep was apparently left on overnight, draining an expensive battery; they jump-started it and that was it. I appreciate the quality of the repair, but I expected better stewardship of the vehicle and proactive follow-up on the battery incident. *Update: Dean called me personally, was courteous, and addressed both concerns. Told Jeff my issue was having with my truck vibrating when I accelerated and rite away he stepped out took look under my truck pointed out some issues and knew what to fix . had me back on the road very next day riding smooth thanks for the good work .

The woman at the counter was exceptionally nice. However, the man she brought to the front to explain my needs was less accommodating. I explained that I needed to have the drive shaft on the left cut at the connecting unit, and adapted to the shaft on the right. (Pictured). 2 cuts, one weld, and a balance. Pretty simple. I explained this to the guy (sorry didn’t catch a name) and before I could finish he asked me: “is this for a BMW or something?” I said, well it’s a Mercedes. Does it make a difference? Do you not balance drive shafts here? He then said: “we balance here but I don’t work on bmws, sorry” I almost chuckled, and just came to the conclusion he didn’t want to do the job. Can't say enough good about Orin and the crew. I needed driveshafts made for a custom Bronco and they knocked it out quick. Helped me with advise on which parts to run, and worked with me to make sure everything worked on a build using several custom/non stock components. I made a mistake in some of the information I gave them and he quickly made the repairs to ensure I could hit the event I was trying to get to. I would absolutely recommend.
