Stay away! Took my truck in for a hard shift with a CEL. They diagnosed as needing to be rebuilt and said it was a “common problem”. When I picked my truck up, I noticed a leak before I drove off. They put it on the lift and fixed the leak. Driving home that night hard shift on the same gears and the same code. Took it back. After a few days they said it’s fixed. Two days later same issue. Took it back again and after a few days they returned the truck. This time it was fixed. I finally parked in my driveway way after having it for a couple weeks and noticed it was leaking. Took it back and they didn’t have time to look at it. They sent me down to their sister shop and they said it was a gasket leak. It was a small leak and I every time it’s in their shop it’s 3-4 days. I had a great experience with Ray, my niece lives in Phoenix and bought her first car, I live in New York, I was given Rays name from a friend who had his car serviced here. First off Ray was very thorough and explained everything to me about my nieces car and needed repairs. Mind you I live in a different time zone and was paying for all repairs. And Ray and I spoke many times. The prices here are more than fair and I felt that my niece would be in a solid safe car . Ray was very responsive letting me know what was needed and even sent me pictures . My niece called to let me know how much better the car was driving and handling , along with the new tires . This place has great customer service. I brought in a transmission for an 03 Mazda Miata to get refurbished. Unfortunately, the parts needed to fix some of the things wrong are no longer available. They looked around for an alternative and got me a transmission with 51,000 miles on it that was just like mine. These people truly care about their customers and tries to find a solution if there is a problem. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for work done on their car.

This is my first & last time dealing with these guys. I took my small block Chevy for a freeze plug and a water pump repair. When I got it back I noticed my power steering belt was UPSIDE DOWN, there was a bolt missing off my water pump & my radiator cap was not twisted on all the way. I don’t feel like these were “accidents”. To put a power steering belt on upside down is Intentional. You gotta check their work after you get your car back.

I do not recommend transmission factory. We brought the car for a clutch replacement, and had to come back a few days later because the car didn’t feel right but Ray said it wasn’t the clutch, that it was a different problem that the car had. We knew the car had other problems but the car wasn’t doing that before. Anyway went to many different mechanics they all told us that it was the clutch slipping the car got so bad it was scary to drive it. Finally brought it back to transmission factory and after replacing the clutch again the car finally feels good but the next morning after picking up the car we noticed one of the rims was completely scraped at fist I thought they must of hit a curb or something when they were test driving it but talk to Ray and he said he was the only one driving
