How do you describe someone you suspect of being an earthly angel? I had a 21 year old car in need of a lot of repairs. A short time later I found out my adult mentally disabled daughter had advanced breast cancer. The only place that could treat her was 35 miles away. We would have to drive there everyday. The next day the transmission went. Someone I trust recommended Transmission LLC. After telling Chris about my daughter- he assured me everything would be okay. It was after taking the car home that the truth was clear. Chris, I know you gave me extra repairs for free. My brother lifted the hood and told me. Chris, I know you gave me an oil change, and a motor mount, and other repairs. You didn't think I would find out but I did. The car feels like a brand new car when I drive it now. Y

Chris took care of the transmission in my 2016 F250 when all other shops were trying to take advantage of me. His pricing was very fair and reasonable. From start to finish he communicated every step of the process for me so I was in the loop. From one small business owner to another, this is the only shop I will bring my trucks to.

Chris at transmission LLC lived up to the reviews that made me chose him as the company to work on my 1994 impala ss. He is great with customer service very thorough. He made sure my car was in good shape and running correctly before he rebuilt the transmission and would also contact me before any extra work was completed. I would most definitely recommend him and his partner Chris. I was one of Chris’s first customers back in 2022 when he first opened his new shop. He saved the day. Provided excellent service and followed up a week later to make sure everything was working great. It was. Can’t recommend him enough. He’s honest, fair, and extremely knowledgeable. It’s been over a year now and my trucks transmission is working great!!! Update: it's now 10/2025 and our transmission is working as good as ever! Proof positive!!!!

Today was my first experience with Chris at Transmission LLC…it won’t be my last! Top shelve treatment and service priced fairly and performed professionally. I have 4 Honda’s in my household and they will get every one of them for any thing trans related. Well beyond the “mill treatment” performed by dealers and less costly. I spent 20 years in dealer service departments and these guys are superior. Spend your time and money with them!
