Andy and the team were spot on rebuilding my transmission on my Dodge 3500, ensuring everything was running the way it should before giving it back to me! I highly recommend them!

I had a terrible experience with Transmission Service Supply and want to warn others. My truck broke down, and they were quick to answer and tow it, but once they had my vehicle, their true colors showed. They quoted me $1,800 to replace the rear drive shaft and said the part would take days. When I called to check on it, the front desk lady (the owner’s wife) was rude and dismissive, acting like I was a burden. I picked up my truck to avoid dealing with them further, only to be slapped with a $600 bill—$300 for the tow and over $200 for “diagnostics” that were unnecessary since my truck’s 8-inch lift makes the issue obvious. The husband seemed decent, but his wife shouldn’t be handling customer calls. They’re fine for towing, but I strongly recommend avoiding them for repairs—save yoursel

Our transmission went out going to Arizona from brownwood. We were told this was the best place around. Gave them a call, told them we were in a bind, they said bring truck, they had it fixed by the time we got back to Texas. Extremely knowledgeable about what they talked about and Shifts better than it ever has for a 2018. We will definitely refer them to anyone. THANK YALL

AMAZING EVERY TIME!!!! Keely and Andy have consistently been the greatest help when I've needed services done. They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help me with repairs and maintenance to my vehicles, even when my budget is tight they still do every possible thing to help me. I have been taking my vehicles to them for over 5 years and every time I am welcomed like family. Amazing job imo i just want to thank all the workers for being patient with me and all my calls picked up my truck from them and man has it ever felt better very worth it. It does take them some time but they install it correctly. Thank you to all the workers for their time and service.
