If I could I leave 0 stars. The owner is irresponsible and cannot be trusted. He charges $80 for a diagnose, he told me what was wrong with my car, and it would come out to $3,000 with parts & labor. I looked up the part, it was like $150, and according to google, on average, it should cost $500-$900 to replace that was needed for my specific car. I called other transmission shops to get an estimate just to compare prices. They were all under $1,000 with parts & labor. I also googled what are the symptoms if that specific part needs to be replaced, and his statement did not make much sense. Not to mention, every time I called the shop, his wife answered the phone. I was never able to talk to him unless I spoke to her first, which was pretty annoying. This was on a Friday afternoon. He told

I had a used transmission installed in my 2007 Ford Five Hundred. There was a small delay due to he was injured but we worked it out and he got it done. We agreed to half up front and half on completion. It has been two months and no the car drives great. They also installed new front struts, lower control arms, inner and outer control arms, and antisway bar end links. The car rides like new. Thanks guys.

How professional is this guy?? Has his “shop” and private life combined to where. Try calling the “shop” , but his wife from home answers, not knowing what was done to vehicle, gave my homegirl the runaround between his house and his “shop”, then when her vehicle is finally located, after days of not answering, and shop closed. No notice, no message, then my homegirl has to jumpstart her vehicle with her own jumper mind you, which in turn leaves her stranded with a two month old battery. And still has the nerve to charge for what??? Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Charge my friend 85 for diagnostics and took the car home. Didn’t answer when she tried to reach him and then had to jumpstart her own car after she got to her vehicle.
