Transmission went out on our Dodge Caravan on Monday. Had it towed to Transmission Plus on Tuesday. They called me on Wednesday and said it would need a new transmission and to give them a week to put it in (which is fine). Lo and behold, On Thursday Morning, they called and said it was DONE!! Turns out, the other vehicles in line needed parts and mine didn't, so they moved mine up to the front of the line and completed it. They closed at 5pm and I lived an hour away, so with the Turnpike traffic jam, I ended up not getting there until 5:20. The lady in the office (didn't get her name) STAYED LATE until I got there so I could pick it up! Now that's SERVICE. Highly recommend this place!!

Great service and helpful advice! My classic Dimond T pickup truck is a one of a kind custom vehicle. Part of the problem is, I worked on it first, and Alan corrected what I did, as well as advising me on different options to improve it's functionality. I highly recommend this shop.
