My mother financed a car from this dealer, within not even 2 months it started going into limp mode and couldn’t drive faster than 40-50 MPH. They fixed that and then right after she had another issue and right after that issue that was “fixed” she had another issue with the car. To cap it off it has been since March when she got the car and it has broke down on her 3 times. This time they “replaced the entire engine” now we will see if it works this time. All in all if we could give them negative reviews we would. Today she saw who looked like the owner of the dealer at the mechanic shop where she went to pick up the car and she asked him what was wrong with the car because she hasn’t even had it a year and it’s broken down 3 times she said the owner told her it’s just “risks” that are t

I bought my 2010 Ford Escape 5 years ago. I was very happy on my purchase. It lasted a long time. The only issues that came about were regular maintenance and wear and tear over the years.

If I could give a zero star I would. I bought a Hyundai Elantra from them a year ago. Within in that year the knock sensor has went out twice. The car had to end up having a new motor put in. When the dealership was taking the motor out they noticed that the front suspension frame had been welded back together. Therefore the car had been wrecked but we was told through Jewels that they don't buy wrecked cars, which was a lie. The car should had been totaled. When confronted them about it they seemed not to care and asked us if we had the car looked at before purchasing the car. We did test drive the car. My son bought a car from Julie. She is wonderful..took time with us to talk about which cars were on the lot that would fit what we were looking for. Let us take several cars on test drives before we decided on a Mazda 3. Every one in this place is wonderful and very helpful. Always understand if you can't make your payment on due date...as long as you call and talk to them. We have never had a problem with the car, it runs great!
