TRANSTAR is awesome. Many parts to choose from and if you go into the store shopping is free. Salesman are very friendly and know you by name after a few visits
These guys came through with tops quality parts after TPI dropped the ball with incorrect parts and inaccurate manuals; Trans star knew exactly the components needed for my application and had the correct parts in stock. Luckily I’m just a home mechanic and not a shop otherwise TPI would’ve cost me big money. Trans star is the way to go. These guys also supply parts to most of the high dollar repackaged kits you find online that the resellers are charging 3x the $$$ for.
Lousy service, cheap parts... the manager there was less than professional. extremely hot inside the warehouse. I'd try T.P.I., pepboys, autozone, or o'rilleys if you have to.
Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, this is the place for transmission parts and supplies.
Parts clerk was real friendly,even went out of his way to locate my part.
