My father went in for a part and he told the employee what he needed and showed him a message he had on his phone that showed the numbers of said part. The employee, a Hispanic, immediately said I can't read Spanish. Okay thats fine, but my dad was showing him the message so he could read the NUMBERS not what the message itself said, as he had told him. So that was completely unnecessary to say when NUMBERS are the same IN ENGLISH OR SPANISH. Then when my dad tells that to the employee, he didn't like that and started to act ugly towards to my dad. My dad gets the part and goes to leave, another employee comes over, a white man, as my dad is leaving and says "this is America." Treating a customer like this and saying "this is America" because my father is Hispanic is absolutely disgusting.

This place took extra 22 dollars off my card and when told him he said people always say that and didn’t even try to check it my part was 19 and he took out 42 dollars off my card my phone sends a texet to my phone went right back and there never left and he said it’s your bank not them but the texet showed it was took out by them it’s just wrong my husband explained to the guy that it never happened like that unless you put in the wrong amount and we know he did
