I've had my car in the shop for the last week. A rep named Michelle confirmed my warranty for a radiator that was malfunctioning from the get go. They have ignored my calls for 5 days and the mechanic as well. The voicemail is full and can't leave a message. I'd be happy to change this review should anyone from Transtar get back to me. I really hate doing this, but they have ignored myself and the mechanic for a week, closed on weekends... Michelle, call us back
