Transwest got me the SUV that I wanted and they do great maintenance/services as well, they are all so friendly, helpful and experts! All the staff is so awesome; Jake, Alan, Taylor, Jim, Austin and so many more of their staff members! Thanks again!

I always have a good experience when I have a service done at Transwest. However, this one was exceptionally great! From the moment I made the appointment to the service that was done, I was impressed. They are always so nice and accommodating and I truly appreciate it. I didn't expect them to wash or vacuum my car but they did! Thank you so much for going over the top to make the service great! I highly recommend!!

Everything was great! Couldn't do the car wash service because water was turned off. Would have been nice to have a rain check for the car wash.

February 2025 had vehicle in for service again. Same issue as before, technicians just checking the boxes on the multi-point inspection…..saying everything is fine and not actually checking or annotating issues. I was assured this would not happen again after my last visit. Had my vehicle in for oil service in early December 2024. Inspection report said everything was great, 4 weeks later I had it in for another service and found out the brakes were almost completely gone. Service advisor was sympathetic and gave an acceptable response to the issue. Vehicle back in for transmission issues. Staff is continually polite when speaking with them, just lacking proactive communication.

Great service at this location. Service manager Jim, always goes out of his way to ensure that work is done to my satisfaction.
