When dropping off a vehicle for service at this place take your things with you. People there tend to have sticky fingers. I had a case of water taken from my work truck. Like really? It’s not the $ that upset me but more so the fact that it was taken and the inconvenience factor. Not cool transwest.

Took my F250 in for service. They told me when it would be done and it was done on time They called me to come pick it up and the whole process was great. The staff was extremely friendly and the Service manager thanked me. Great job and highly recommended !!

Horrible place and so disappointed in this experience. We took our Rig to get a safety recall completed, and requested 2 other items looked at. Batteries and awning. During the 2 weeks it was there, they neglected to lock it up, and it was ransacked(personal items including jewelry) were stolen, believe it to be someone from the facility. The lack of communication regarding service repairs or just misinformation(its done? its not done?) then after trying to adjust awning to close all the way it now doesn't operate at all. Taking no accountability, care or concern for poor communication, lack of service, and the theft makes me not want others to have this kind of experience

We stopped at Trans West when our Motorhome engine started making some unusual noise. Gary was fantastic in checking our engine and making a couple of recommendations to fix our problem. Not only that but he also noticed that we may have a rodent problem around our engine and made a couple of suggestions in this regard. Overall our service was 11 out of 10 and we couldn’t have been happier with our service. If you ever have motorhome troubles be sure to stop at TransWest. Gary likely spent 45 minutes with us and there was no charge for all of his help. You seldom if ever see this level of service anymore. Thanks again. Rick and Colleen- your northern neighbors.

Back in October after getting dicked around by other places, we were pointed in the direction of TransWesr, I worked with Gary in the service center, they were able to fix the fly wheel and get us back on the road , highly recommend this place especially for other bands with RVs that they tour in.
