Transwest Truck Trailer RV of Grand Junction - RV

I wanted to come and share my experience with this Business. I live in Florida and was looking at a used Travato Van they had available at this Grand Junction location. I spoke with Carlene and told her my concerns about traveling out there to pick it up and driving it home. She went above and beyond to get this van ready for my trek home. All the information I could think of was supplied as well as pictures, videos and specific vehicle information that was important to me. They have another location in Frederick they were going to have it relocated for me to be closer to the Denver airport. She even was going to pick me up from the airport her self to get me to that rv location, go through a complete run down of the functions of the van so I could learn it and also was going to let me st

2nd time needing there assistance while on the road passing through. So professional, got me in to see a technician immediately. Worked with me on some warranty issues and got everything covered. what a wonderful experience. my RV got damaged while in mexico, and heather was wonderful to work with from start to finish. it took 2 months to get a collision/paint appointment, but the timing worked for me. gave her a credit card to start ordering parts, so that when i arrived to drop off vehicle, everything was ready-to-go. she also helped me with my insurance claim. transwest got my RV back to me EARLY and UNDER budget! so happy. thank you ☺️

Just bought my beautiful 2021 Phoenix Cruiser 3100 🤗 ! I worked with Adam and Kari from the Grand Junction location. Adam came into Frederick to help complete the process - wonderful guy!! Wade, in service dept. walked me thru every inch of the Class C motorhome that I now own. It was sooo smooth and easy, friendly, and helpful of an experience. Everyone at Transwest was top notch. We have taken our Winnebago EKKO for service and recalls and wouldn't go anywhere else. The entire experience from making an appointment, being greeted by Heather who was extremely courteous and helpful to having the techs especially AJ taking the time to go through the repairs made, could not have been better. If every business was run like Transwest RV of Grand Junction no one would have anything to complain about. Every employee we encountered were top notch. Very refreshing. Thank you!
