Transwest greeley team is great! Always very helpful and willing to go above and beyond for any of their customers. They possess a wealth of knowledge between all their employees as well as a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I can always count on them to find the right parts quickly the first time.
Absolutely horrible customer service. No respect for their customers. Called to tell them they gave me the wrong parts and they proceeded to argue with me. All I wanted was for them to get me the correct parts so I can get my truck back up and running.
They said they have 4 filters i need, cool put it upfront I'll be there in 25m. Came there and now thry can't find even one... waisted 45m for nothing
Not always the cheapest but they always have what I need so I’m greatful for that
Don't order parts some of the employees aren't professional and also rude bad attitude.
