I worked with Brandon to purchase a 1-ton cargo van. He was super responsive when inquiring about the vehicle as well as knowledgeable. The purchase went very smoothly. This was the first time purchase from Transwest. I do plan on purchasing a few more vans in the future and I would have no problem whatsoever having Brandon be the first one I call.

Paid 50k cash for a van only to find out later it’s got tons of minor issues that I’m beginning to think they were aware of and just ignored I noticed my sliding was no longer locking with the fob. I do OTR freight and happened to get a load going home. Stopped by as soon as i unloaded in town only to be told they don’t service my type of vehicle. He couldn’t even have one the guys sitting around take a quick look. Instead I was referred to another dealership down the road, I go there, explained my situation and that I had to go to Tennessee in 2 hours. Her response was she’s too backed up at the moment(8 am) and couldn’t help. Not even a quick look. Her solution was for me to leave van my for a “couple hours” and they could maybe get to it. Maybe I just expected better customer service. G

Very good service from Tom & the team here. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Very low pressure environment, Tom was a pleasure to talk with and very down to earth, and just a genuinely awesome person. The whole process was smooth and easy! I would go back here to purchase another vehicle! Kudos for making the whole process seamless!

I bought a used work van from Brandon Paape and had a great experience with the sale. Unfortunately, two weeks later I started having issues with the van losing power (which didn't happen on the test drive). I had purchased the van "as-is" but called Brandon to explain the issues and asked if they'd be willing to work with me since I'd put less than 250 miles on since my purchase. I told him I was willing to pay for the part (throttle body) if they would cover the labor. Brandon and Corey worked with me and agreed to cover labor to replace the throttle body which resolved the issue. They didn't have to do that. They have excellent customer service! I highly recommend Brandon and Boyer Trucks.Thanks guys
