From start to finish, I have nothing but positive things to say about the tranz connection. I was turned away from a toms River dealership, and a manahawkin dealership would rather overcharge me rather than do the actual work. Tranz connection has an awesome website that I was able to send an email and inquire about a fluid and filter service for my 2015 durango. Bobby, the owner, called me the very next day with a brief description of what was involved in the service and how much roughly the cost would be. I am a local business owner. One of my trucks transmission went bad. We knew it was shot. We have never used Tranz, but knew they have been around for a long time growing up in Toms River. So instead of searching for a company that could replace the transmission, go out and get several estimates ect. Bobby is the best! He is one of the few old school mechanics still around, the guy really knows his stuff. I know that over the years I have saved so much money by using his service. He is the most trustworthy guy around.
