Trax Mobile Tire

Needed to get into All Terrains for the upcoming winter on my Jeep. Dedrick was an awesome guy, he had a cancellation so I took the opening and he came right over, got my tires balanced and installed. Price is hard to beat, and he finished in a timely manner. Definitely will be doing business with him again in the future!

I needed a tire fixed on a riding lawnmower. I was referred to Trax from another mobile service that did not handle the size tire and wheel. Trax responded to my text within an hour and was on site within 48 hours. Dedrick was very professional, polite and efficient. He fixed both front tires and didn’t even want to charge me the minimum fee. I had to insist on more than he asked for and even then it wasn’t enough. He has my business for life! Will recommend to anyone.

I called and left messages. Said they were on the line or helping another customer. They didn't even return a single phone call. So I plug the address into my Maps. I end up at some guy's house. There were a few work trailers in the yard. But there was no one around, on no line or doing anything at that address. To be fair I waited 24 hours to see if they'd even return my messages. I'd say that's about all you need to know?

Awesome Service! This will be the only way I have new tires installed or tire rotations done. This service eliminates the need to hang around a tire shop all day. Dedrick was punctual, efficient and very pleasant. I had Trax Mobile install new tires I had ordered online, the weather conditions were less than ideal with it being near single digits, but Dedrick knocked it out very quickly and professionally. Pricing was very reasonable, worth every penny for the convenience of avoiding the tire shop. I highly recommend this business and services!
