So a week ago Tuesday an alignment was did in my sons truck never was it said that he needed to change the control arms on truck therefore alignment was complete waste of money and I had to take it to another shop where they was straight up changed the a arms and redo the alignment I do not recommend this is a 16 year old truck why not tell them what was needed instead of completing a service collecting money for something that wasn’t even safe

I took a trailer in to have the lights rewireday. I explained that I had to have it back by Friday, this was a Wednesday. They told me it would be ready in 2 days. It snowed on Friday, so a day lost. I called early on Monday and they said the wiring hadn't come in. I told them I had to get it by Tuesday with or without the wiring. I explained I was out of hay for my horses and needed the trailer to get some. I went up there at 8am on Tuesday. There was only 1 employee there. He told me the wiring was there on Monday, but he didn't have time to put it on. He said it would be ready by 2pm. I went back at 2:30pm and nothing had been done on it. The manager was rude and showed no concern. I told him I wasn't driving back a third time, that I would wait. All he said was "wait then." I had to

If I could give no stars, I would. Not only is their work subpar, the professionalism of the staff is some of the worst I have seen. The owner “knows everything” and if he doesn’t like what your vision is for your car, he will outright tell you that it is stupid. This man spoke to my father, a truck driver with 40 years+ of mechanic’s experience, like he was an idiot. Had my father been in better health and younger, he may have done it himself. He is working on his late dad’s truck. It means a lot to him. However, he wanted to give Treadway a shot. Never again. If your customer wants something a certain way, it is not the shops job to undermine what they want. It is their job to complete the job should they choose to take it. I have never seen such unprofessionalism and arrogance.

Cost $140 to have 4 tires mounted. Probably about average. Charged me $80 to replace a stud that they broke while replacing tires. Nice enough guys but it's pretty expensive!

These guys are no different than anyone else in moulton Alabama who does body work for a living. Sorry customer service…The so called painter “Martin” is the one that answers the phone on the body shop side of the property. Has no clue about a paint code that they are a representative for (RM/BASF). I would recommend that you do not use anyone in Moulton, AL and try communities such as Hartselle or Florence.
