Treasure Coast Tires & Wheels

My son came here to get new tires put on his truck and an alignment. He was 8 minutes away when his wheel flew off on US 1. 2 studs broke off which indicates that 2 lugs was tightened and 3 lugs was not. When I called and spoke to the owner, Tony, he was very rude and argumentative. He had my son’s truck towed back to his shop and fixed the issue. But let’s talk about accountability. Tony was so rude to my son and gave him every BS excuse why his tire came off. It’s clear and evident what happened. This incident could have hurt my son or someone else on the road. The technicians were negligent and not trusted. So instead of Tony showing care and concern as a business owner, he wanted to laugh and argue. Do not trust them with your vehicle for the sake of you and your family.

Woke up to a flat tire (back tire from driver side) 2 weeks ago while getting ready to drop off my nephew to his high school, I live down the street from this place & decided to go there & I regret not reading the reviews before going. Afraid to do damage to my jeep driving on a flat tire. As soon as I got there 3 employees came up (come to find out 1 of them Raul happens to be the owner) asked very nicely how can I help, well guess they noticed the flat tire but still asked. Went for 1 tire to be replaced & Raul convinced me 2 of my other tires eventually were going to go out, me being a female raising my 2 nephews was afraid to get stranded anywhere so he said I'll give you a deal 3 tires for $200.00 I went ahead & let them change 3 tires & paid. As a business owner myself, I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. From the start, I felt that women—particularly women of color—are treated as if we are uneducated. I was sold a used tire after being explicitly told it was new. I was also told there were no used tires in stock, only to later discover that was untrue. Less than two weeks later, I had to return to the shop for the exact same issue I initially came in to have fixed. This time, my boyfriend accompanied me since he was out of town during my first visit. The employee made it clear to him that they were not going to help us without charging, despite the problem being related to the tire they sold me. Amazing place! I came in right as they were closing and wasn’t sure if they would take care of my tire that was going flat. They fixed my tire and also made sure my other 3 tires were ok. I am extremely grateful.

So happy with my window tinting came out perfect! Raul was very personable and accommodating with time! Definitely recommend!
