Took our dodge grand caravan here to get new calipers and brakes a while back. I was hesitant because of horrible experiences I had with the previous owners, but decided to give it a shot and support a local business. The pricing was reasonable, about $500 for everything including an oil change. It was easy to get an appointment and they did the work quickly. However we've been noticing a grinding noise, but thought maybe it's unrelated. We took the vehicle to a trusted mechanic just to get our back tires replaced when he let us know what the grinding noise issue was. The calipers we had installed here were done completely incorrectly. They didn't change out most of the parts they were supposed to, and because of a loose bolt that wasn't put back on correctly it caused scratching inside of

Trent’s auto service did a great job on replacing my tires at a great price! They even found an issue in my rear breaks that came from the manufacturer!! Now that’s service above and beyond!!

Was able to get me in and fixed my fuel pump on the same day and wasn’t overcharged. Saved me from missing too much work. Good people and a great experience overall

If I could give lower stars I would. They treated me like I was in the wrong when the dented my bumper and now my truck doesn’t run. It was when I dropped it. Just needed the brakes worked on now something is wrong with the comp… I think they’re just out to screw people over. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the boss of the store for days now and have had no response at all. Nothing. They made my wife cry and tried to get aggressive with her.

Highly recommend going here, staff are friendly and know their craft. Went in to get an o2 sensor that was seized very badly changed and my mechanic Jacob had it out in less than 30 min, I was working on it trying for 4 hours just trying to break it loose. If you need some work done I strongly recommend going here.
