Trew Auto Body is a very special place to me that originated from being a smaller body shop built up by a cpl of gentlemen that became life long friends. Took my car in and even though shipping parts took a longer than estimated time, I can’t fully say the service was terrible (desk clerks were very nice and welcoming), but I noticed a part of my car wasn’t installed properly (Picture 1 compared to Picture 2), match for the paint wasn’t fully the best (their spray looks way more sparkly than the factory spray/ more noticeable at night), and my front grill now has a split in color (Picture 3). Finding all of these things after paying my remaining balance on top of the 3% charge for using my card was disappointing but ultimately I am left neutral for recommending them to anyone as they did manage to do an amazing job with the passenger rim damage.

They were very kind and professional from the receptionists to the mechanics and evaluators. They were so prompt, communicated very well and were very knowledgeable and most importantly, they did a great job repairing my Prius and also cleaned it beautifully before returning it.-Also seemed to do a great job negotiating with my insurance company. We would highly recommend them! :)

Trew Autobody has always repaired my vehicles back to new. The staff and management are courteous and friendly. The estimates are accurate and the final charges have been fair. They get right on the work and kept me informed about the progress. Highly recommend them.
