Bought a great BMW X3 from Sam! We spent the entire weekend in that area and Sam was the most respectful and felt trustworthy compared to nearby dealers. He didn’t try to hide anything and was pretty open about the condition of the car. One thing I wish we should have done is bought an extended warranty as with all out of warranty BMWs something was destined to break.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Sam at TriCity. He not only reserved the car I was interested in, while i secured the funds, but he then assisted me with an issue (I inadvertently created) after the deal was finalized, and I was home fearing the worst.
