I was involved in a fender bender & my car sustained damage along the passenger side front to back. Tri City Collison was friendly, efficient, helpful, and fast. The work was due to be finished on a Friday & they were nice enough to accommodate me in getting my car back that evening after hours so I wouldn't have to pay for my rental through the weekend. I highly recommended them.

Excellent collision repair work. Staff are easy to talk to and straight forward about pricing and what needs to be completed. Definitely would use again and highly recommend to any new clients.

PICTURES AND DOCUMENTS TO PROVE ALL! Had work done on a 07 Lexus is250. The work preformed was poor from what they where 15 years ago! Pictures to prove the work done by both paint and body shop. New fresh painted Bumper scratched from grill installation! Paint is Orange peeled pictures to prove! I picked up the car from the shop I had a guy from the office come take a look with me. He said well if it don’t please you we can try again to fix it. They did call and leave a message asking for me to bring car back and see what they can do for me. But I have choose to not trust this company with my car and will not take my car back to them. Lesson learned for me and I will continue to let people know of the work done on the car and continue to show them ever chance attached picture of

Couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. My daughter was in a minor accident in Johnson City. Living in North Carolina, I was not able to go there and help her. I found Tri-City by chance and was glad I did. They were so helpful and always undated me in the progress. Shout out to Josh and Zip Tie.
