Tri-County Collision

Tri county did an awesome job on my truck. They sold me on the simple fact that they use OEM parts. I was still pretty skeptical at first since the damage was so extensive. Hard to tell in pictures but both doors and cab corner were creased as well. They replaced almost the entire passenger side on my ‘22 GMC 2500. The paint job seems to be top notch, time will tell. They were transparent and very informative through the process. Hopefully I won’t need to, but I’d go back!

One of the best experiences i have had with a business in many years. Work completed in the exact time frame they gave me. Friendliest and most helpful employees you could ask for. Communication was spectacular, quality of work,,, spectacular!! I intend to make it a priority to tell everyone i see in need of vehicle repair that they need not look any further than Tri county. Tri-County Collision out performed every expecation I had. I was so upset when someone ran into my car and I thought I would forever have a fender that was a slightly different color than the rest of my car. But not only did they go out of their way to make sure everything was matched and blended properly, they were also wonderful to work with through the entire process. From start to finish, every step of the way they made sure I was informed. Never once did I feel like I was bothering anyone with questions, even though this was my first time going through a process like this. They were even willing to work with me to make sure I got what I wanted. I hope nothing like this ever happens again, but if it does this will be the only place I will ever trust with repairing my car

From the detailed assessment, ease in scheduling, a spotless rental in excellent condition, absolutely exceptional body work (!!), daily comprehensive updates, ensuring safety systems were not affected, interior and exterior detailing of my vehicle… everything exceeded my expectations!! As for customer service, Damien is exceptional (as is the entire staff!)!! Thorough, friendly, conscientious, honest, knowledgeable, attentive… he provided excellent customer service and it is obvious how much he values his customers! Highly HIGHLY recommend!! I’m very pleased with Tri County. They did paint and bumper repair the right way, no shortcuts. My Chevy Silverado looks like it’s straight out of the showroom. Shout out to Damien for keeping me informed of the progress and providing expert detail on how the repairs were being done.
