Tri State Euros is an excellent team providing only the best quality and expertise. Took my 2020 Mercedes Benz C43 AMG for a 60k mile service and rotor/brake pad replacement. They did top tier work and left my car feeling amazing. Tri State Euros is very knowledge and very reasonable in all aspects. Shout out to Joey, really makes his clients feel like family.

Joey and the team at tri-state are top notch! I had been chasing down a clunk from my rear end and had deduced it to either sway bar end links or my strut mounts, but wasn’t sure if it was one or the other. The team over at tri-state quickly found the root cause being both, and promptly replaced the strut mounts and tightened down my end links(as well as adding some lubricant). The car feels brand new again even at 95,000 miles and I cannot thank them enough. Also of note I had dropped my car off around 9:00am and got a call from Joey saying that the car was done at 12:00pm which exceeded my timing expectations. Also pricing for the work was very fair. Will become my go-to shop for all maintenance and mods!

Ok... Had my Audi A5 at another Audi/VW shop in Queens.. and tbh.. they were a waste of money. I came across this spot and took a chance. Had my car towed to them from Harlem to NJ on the morning of Thursday 12/28/23 needing complete timing chain service.. and they got to work. Joey was very communicative, and shot for a goal of having my car ready on Friday 12/29/23. Guess what ? I got a call Friday morning telling me that my car was ready !!! Jumped on the NJ 190 bus and got out there. Car was perfect, fluids topped off, tires aired proper, and ready to go. Drive back to Harlem without any issues and believe me.. I sent it just to see. The car is 100 ! Thank you Joey and crew.. I will be returning as well as passing word to friends about how honest and straight forward you run your shop.
