I bought a 2023 Nissan-certified Frontier PRO-4X from Tri-State Nissan in April 2025 and have been very impressed with Tri-State’s sales reps and service dept. Jason Johnson was great to work with on the purchase and I just took my Frontier in for regular maintenance and I was very pleased with the customer service I received!! I highly recommend Tri-State and Jason Johnson if you’re looking to buy a new or used car.

Tri-State Nissan is a first class dealership! I needed some work done on our Lexus and a state inspection. We were able to book the appointment online, we were taken back immediately and the work completed quickly. We were treated with respect and the rates were very reasonable!

Another great experience from Tri-State Nissan! Even though the simple safety inspection which I came for ended up costing me more than I originally planned as a major break work was found ( and fully resolved), I did not think twice about having the job done by them! I was glad to happily get the work done due to the faith and confidence I have in Tristate Nissan, and also the amazing "customer support" they continue to show by honoring an almost year-old credit that was previously given to me for a past customer accommodation on an issue that I encountered, thereby making the big 'break job cost' much more manageable! You really made my day yesterday by sending my vehicle, after the service, all the way to Ashburn. Went to get my first 5,000 mile service and they were incredibly quick and promptly. Unfortunately, pricing is a little bit on the higher side but I prefer paying the price for quality service. Thank you Tri-State Nissan!
