I had a great experience with Tri-State. I needed a tow from my apartment to a shop, and Mike was able to get to me quickly and gave me a fair price. This tow service is professional, quick and economical. I hope I don't have to call them again, but if I have to I sure will!

Tri State has one thing going for it, and it's not the huge ego of the owner. As long as you're stroking his ego, you'll be on his good side. Ask questions that lead him to brag about all the things he has, and you've got a pal for life. However, they seem to be equipped to tow easily in all situations. They don't cut corners on the equipment in their fleet. They really have some good-looking setups. Their response time is great, even after hours. The tow yard closes early on Friday and doesn't re-open until Monday. That's a little inconvenient. I called a little after closing on a Friday, but the owner generously waited almost an hour for us to get there to retrieve personal belongings from a totaled vehicle. Neither all bad nor all good, but that's life and I'm okay with that ✌️

Mike was GREAT!!!! From our very first contact on the phone he was pleasant. He made a timely appointment to pick up our recently purchased car that needed towing from NC to SC. He had very reasonable prices. He was promptly at our pick up site and very courteous to both me and the seller. He made it to our home safely and in record time. Mike was very friendly and shared some of his business associates information with us. Not only do I plan on doing business with him again but I certainly plan on passing his information on to everyone I know!!!! Thank you so much Mike!!!!

Mike came on short notice ON NEW YEAR'S DAY to pick up my motorcycle with a flat rear tire. He was polite, courteous, and extremely friendly. The service was outstanding. I will NEVER use anyone else for my future towing needs. Stop reading this. Call Mike NOW.
