Honest mechanics are hard to find! Derek & his crew are great to my family! His costs are lower then average and they do their best to get u in and out. Don't be fooled by the roughness of the place. These guys know what they are doing with cars, they're not interior designers. So dont judge this book by its cover! Very friendly and kindhearted. Downside is they mostly work with Honda's. So if you want a reliable honest mechanic, come see Traid Import Specials.

I tool my car there because I thought it needed brakes. They looked at the brakes and took it for a ride and found nothing wrong, my brakes looked good. They were honest with me about my brakes and there was no charge. I will definitely take my car there again.

Derek, Lazi and Landi are the best. I've gotten much work done at Triad Import Specialists and am always well informed of what's going on before any work is done and always given the most affordable options. I've had 2 occasions recently to use Triad Import Specialists. One for a routine 60K service and one to replace a broken mirror. The service was done as needed and promptly and charges were very reasonable and much cheaper than the dealer. Dealer had quoted over 2X what Triad charged. On the mirror they just charged for the part and no labor. I will definitely use them again! Very fair and always willing to help customers.
