Tricars is truly an awesome place to buy a car. I had been looking for a gently used BMW for weeks and came across their website. They had a 328i in stock with low miles that had literally everything i wanted, down to the color. The prices they advertise are legitimately the prices you pay. I ended up paying on the low end of my car's KBB value with no need to negotiate or haggle. Their dealership looks great and very professional. This was by far, the best car buying experience, I’ve ever had. There was no pressure to buy any other cars, than the one that I wanted. Matt helped me, and was very knowledgeable of the car I was purchasing, as well as personable and professional. I came with a pre approval, from my credit union. In the past, at other dealers, I was pressured to let them run my credit for a “better” interest rate. I told Matt, I was approved through my credit union, and we proceeded with the car buying process. I was extremely relieved, that he did not try and run game on me. I rarely leave reviews, but I bought a 2016 Lexus IS 300 F-Sport (my first luxury vehicle, pretty big deal for me). The whole process was swift, they didn't try to tack on extras or additional fees, and they took care of my tag (we all know how the DMV can be, so for me, this was huge.) I couldn't recommend this place more!
