My experience at Tri City Auto Collision was excellent from start to finish. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. I had a dent and scratch on the side of my SUV, and they repaired and painted it to perfection. They also detailed my car before returning it it looked even better than before the accident! Pricing was fair and transparent. Thank you for such great service.

Office opens at 8 AM. Arrived at 8 AM. They were open. I walked in asking for an estimate. A hispanic guy told me the estimate guy comes in about half an hour. I left and came back at 9 AM. The korean estimate guy comes out. Choking on a bagel, he tells me to go to dealership.

Rediculous.. people who wrote 5 star review work there. I know their faces lol. That shows how corrupt they are. You could find the owner at the casino blowing his and other people's money. Shame on him. No wonder he buys the used and irregular junkie materials to scam you, and no wonder State Farm, AAA and known insurance companies never recommend that shop. Make sure you compare your receipt they gave you with the receipt that they billed to your insurance company. And lastly to those people who got their work there and have problems?? Go tell the insurance company first. They'll be happy to be on your side since their the ones who paid them.
