Trico Transmissions

Bob helped me from the second I came in to final completion. I had left three places crying but this team left me feeling comfortable and confident. I am not car savvy but itemized explanations were thorough and easy to understand. I would send my teenage daughter here but on the flip side, I’d also send a seasoned mechanic to Trico. There was no bias and price was better than the places that left me in tears. Thank you!

Very disappointed in their customer service. Sent my son there to have his transmission evaluated for the FREE estimate they post on their website. Upon his arrival he advised that the manager stated that the estimat e would be $145 commenting that his technicians do not work for free. Was very rude. I would look elsewhere in my opinion. No customer service skills.

Took my car here to get my transmission looked at. They were able to get me diagnostics and an estimate within a business day. My transmission ended up needing rebuilt. They were very timely with my transmission. I got updates almost daily on how things were going. They honored the estimate. My car runs beautifully now and they offer good pricing and warranties.

First time I spoke to Steve on the phone about my 11 Camaro. I was very satisfied with the answers to my questions about needing a transmission for my car. He was very detailed about the tests that needed to be done to determine what I needed fir my my car. I was really worried because my transmission is rare and very hard to find. But, Bob and Steve came through. They found a transmission in a timely manner and had my car back in 2 days. I was really expecting longer.
