-5 stars I bought two used tires for my truck today. Drive off the lot. Went to fill up gas at Sam’s Club. Went to car wash… as I’m walking my truck wheels I touch the outside of the stem and air comes out. Every time it gets touched the slightest bit air comes out. I go back to them immediately. Mind you: it’s two hours ago I bought these tires and they put the stems in. So I go in they change the stem out and then charge me twenty five dollars to replace the stem. For one they didn’t say it would cost anything before I got it done. They changed then told me it would be twenty five bucks. I told them I only had these tires two hours and you put the stem on. They said don’t matter cost twenty five. I even showed them my receipt that has seven day warranty except for plugs. This i

Customers who goes to this place must be very careful because these guys who works there are very shady .. I recently had two blow outs on my tires cause I hit a pothole in Philly. Towing flatbed my vehicle to the tire shop and they replaced two used tire for me … I thought these guys who replaced my bad tires were good people and professional s but turns out they are very shady .. after the tires were replaced , driving home I felt my car was vibrating a lot when I reached speed above 65 mph…next day later I went to another tire shop and asked them to rebalance the two tires that was replaced by the first tire shop … they couldn’t balance my tires , upon doing more investigation they removed the tires from the rims and found some water inside the tires like two cups of water in each tir

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS I had a tire replaced 1 week ago and the tire will not hold air!!!! So I paid for this tire and it’s damaged and I have to pay to get it replaced. These people rip off customers. They said they only give you a 2 day warranty!!! Unbelievable!!!! UPDATE! I took my car to Millevoi and they informed me the tire that was put on my vehicle was patched and the patch was leaking! Again I get that I paid for a used tire, but they would not do anything to fix the problem because it was past the 2 days. Again the tire was low 1 week later. So they don’t check the tires before they put them on customers cars!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

I had an oil change and rear brakes done on my 2016 Ford Escape on 10/6/25, charge was $60 for synthetic oil change and $50 labor to have rear brakes installed, I brought the brakes with me. Both jobs were done in one hour, great service, no games, just did the work I requested and did it well. Highly recommend Trinidad's, best auto experience I've had in a long time.

Went to install after market rims on my car and they installed them and seated tires for $240. I guess thats a fair price. BUT they didnt bother to look or install the hub-centric rims. Absolute a rookie mistake when it comes to working with wheels and tires. Would not take anything I care about here.
