Trinidad Tire auto parts

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this used tire shop. My husband brought my mother-in-law’s car to get a tire replaced, and we actually saw the worker bring out a completely bald tire to install on her car. He even took a picture because it was in such bad shape. As you can see in the picture, the tire they attempted to put on the car is that second tire in the photo. When my husband asked if that tire was the one they planned to put on the vehicle, the employee looked caught off guard and quickly said “no” before going to grab a different tire. I understand this is a used tire business, but attempting to put a bald, unsafe tire on someone’s car is unacceptable and extremely dangerous. Please do not come here! I’ve been coming here for years for an oil change and they have NEVER changed my filter which is illegal! This could have messed up my car paying 70$ for nothing smh! Then I came here to get my breaks changed because I was hearing noises they changed my breaks but saw my rollers was bad never said anything just put brakes on bad rollers! Please this place needs to close down! They don’t know anything.

Been going here for years. Used tires lasted me over a year. Great value for the price. Especially when youre in a bind and need a tire. They also do repairs on your existing tires.

I went to Trinidad to get 4 new tires they said they had 2 so I purchased 2 new and 2 used upon departing immediately noticed a like on my dash my power steering know longer worked they looked said they didn’t see anything and that it had to be calibrated the following day I stopped at mechanic to have calibrated immediately being told that the steering rack had been snapped and even pointed out the jack marks…….i went right back to Trinidad’s told them my mechanic looked and informed me when you jacked up the truck you jacked it up from the steering rack not the frame and snapped the entire rack he then told me him and his guys didn’t do it and will take no liability

Better trinidad tire shop compare to the other branches in philadelphia area. Friendly and good svc. Best for used tires.this
