Super helpful and friendly staff! Always great communication and they're willing to work with you to the best of their ability. 10/10 would recommend. This is my second time getting a vehicle from here. I'll definitely go back for another should the need arise. My cousin got a vehicle here first and then when I was in need of something reliable she turned me in their direction. So thankful they are here. :)

Great dealing with these guys, Kevin was exceptional to deal with. Bought a Toyota there 8 years ago. Drove it for 5, handed it over to a family member that is still piling on miles with no problem. Any and all service issues were quickly addressed. Pleasant folks. I would recommend these guys over any pre-owned dealer lot. They hand pick there cars!

So my mother purchased a vehicle here yesterday. I mostly went inside to watch things, as my understanding of car loans are very little. They were very nice to her (don’t think I’ve ever met a mean sales rep, or else they don’t get the sale). They put her through the ringer and I mean badly. My mother was in a desperate situation and they took full advantage of it. At the very end, they got her for a 2 year lease on a 2008 vehicle with 150k miles on it sitting at 19.9%!!! interest rate. They even said they didn’t run her credit report, which would have made this number lower even if she had bad credit. Anyway, she now pays $240 a month for the next 2 years for a 10 year old vehicle. I moved to Florida after working at GM for 30 years. As someone doesn't trust used car businesses I was pleasantly surprised when I was told of Trinity motors. I needed a decent truck to pull my boat. A co-worker recommended Trinity motors. I met Kevin and found him to be very honest and professional and am looking forward to doing business with them in the future . Five stars from me- Steve C

Not the most understanding... the first year and a half I had my car, I made all payments on time. I fell into a tight spot, we made arrangements, and because I didn’t have insurance on the car, they stopped accepting payments. The woman was more understanding, but that Kevin... They repossessed the car and I lost many important and sentiment items I just can’t get back.
