Trio Supply

This place deserve more than 5 stars. Have a long drive across Canada & my cube van batteries gave up. Needed to replace them & start searching on google. I found the first place that have 5 stars which I called & asked them if I can get help replacing them as I have to continue driving, so this other place wanted to direct me to a mechanic shop which I really don’t have time to waste a whole day for just a batteries replacement. Then I called Trio. Chloe helped me out on the phone & for a way better price than the other place. I drove to Trio, I bought the batteries (2 batteries)& they lent me some tools. I replaced my batteries in less than 15 minutes. It is a family business with very fair prices & honest people that I don’t think any other place in town can beat their prices. Thank you

Perfect service and really good prices. I called in to check for the availability of rotors and pads. They immediately found one for me and reserved it under my name and gave me good prices. Trio will be my go to place for parts from now on.

Best customer service of all the parts store. The one fella that’s always on the right when u walk in, the guy that has his daughter work there too, super nice guy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll always get my parts at trio because he’s such a pleasure to deal with.

This is the only autoparts place left in the Sault that I actually WANT to deal with. They still have a knowledgeable and competent staff that knows what they're doing. Quick ordering / Delivery of parts with competitive prices. This is my first call for tracking down odd filters for odd applications.
