Not one but 2 trucks pulled up replaced my broken windshield, vacuumed old broken glasses and fixed my door handle in no time. Guess what they even offered me to stay in their truck because it was hot out. Super friendly. Tony is the owner who was working with Victor and both of them are professionals. And good people.

Communication sucked . They lied about my appointment day and time, I called out of work today to get it done and no one never came after sending my address through text the previous day. While also calling this morning to confirm. He told me give him 30 mins to call me back and didn't. Thanks for wasting my time and energy guys great job .

I had a very frustrating experience with Trip 7 Auto Glass. I called last week to replace my windshield and had to follow up multiple times just to get a confirmation on a delivery/installation date. When they finally gave me a day and time, they never showed up. No call. No text. No explanation. Nothing. This level of poor communication and lack of reliability is extremely unprofessional, especially for something as time-sensitive as auto glass repair. If you need a fast, dependable, or reliable auto window repair service, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

When my boyfriend told me that the company was coming to our house for a reasonable price. I couldn't believe it at all. The guy came out and did an amazing job. I would recommend everyone to use this company. Fast response and are on time. Thank you for fixing our windshield.
