I was told my car needed front-end work by the dealership. $5,000 worth when the car was only worth $3,000. I heard of Triple Crown through word of mouth. Decided to get a second opinion. Todd put my car on the left and did a thorough examination of the front end and said no work currently needed. I have found my new mechanic. Honest and affordable.

We were traveling from San Jose to Lassen National Park when our skid plate fell off and was dragging on the highway at 10:30pm. We got a hotel for the night and called Triple Crown the next morning at 8am, asking if they would squeeze us in to help us get back on the road for our trip. Todd was so kind and told us to come in and he immediately attended to us and cut the skid plate off for us, free of charge. We cannot thank him enough for his kindness, he saved our trip! Definitely recommend.

Great and very trust worthy shop that I have been to. Todd is a very nice man and I trust him with my f150 along with the rest of my families cars. I like how they can diagnosed an issue and get the job done fast. I came from using franchise shops where my truck will sit there for a week waiting for a new part to come in but triple crown seems to have parts on hand, it’s helpful because we are always using our vehicles for something.

I called them for my son today and asked about a transmission replacement. The guy told me that....he wasn't interested, then I asked him if he could refer me to someone and he said I'm sure you'll find someone and hung up!! Not anyone, I would want to ever do business with nor would I ever refer anyone too..His tone as he spoke to me was very rude and harsh!! No customer service skills at all..

Todd is the nicest mechanic I have ever encountered. He is truly honest and fair. He and his mechanics don't mess around. They get the job done as quickly as possible. If it takes more than a day or two, it's because it's completely necessary. On top of his honesty, hard work, and fair prices, he'll give you a ride to and from, free of charge, if you need it! If you haven't already been to see him, and you need some auto work done, give him a call. He will answer the phone himself, and if you've been there previously, he'll greet you by name. However, his courtesy is the least of the reasons to trust him with your vehicle. His skill, hard work, thoroughness, honest word, and fairness are the only reasons you need.
