Triple Play Car Wash - North Attleboro

I’ve left a five star review here before and now I’m changing it. Don’t know what happened to this place but every time you go there no matter what vacuum bay you pull into at least one of them isn’t working so you have to either use the one next to it or try to use the one from the opposite side. Lately more than half of them are conned off and you can’t even get a bay anyways. The amount of money I pay for the monthly car washes and I can’t even vacuum my vehicle is aggravating. I am certainly going somewhere else moving forward.

This place used to be great. Now, the vacuums barely work. Today, I paid $30 to was the salt off my car, the water wasn't filtered or something because my car is still dirty. I tried to go to the website to email them, it doesn't work. Tried to call, no answer, no voicemail. Now I have to file a claim with my bank for services not as described. My other vehicle had a chunk of ice on the bottom I couldn't get it off. The wash didn't not only remove it (Which is fine, I get it) but it also didn't even melt any of it away. The windows are filthy. It's terrible. Way overpriced for the lack of service and quality of service.

Left one car mat here 2 sundays ago while vacuuming, and called the following Monday and I got different stories, an employee even mentioned that someone picks all mats up even if they’re not theres?! I’m convinced this place keeps them and sells them 😫🤣

I went to this car wash Sunday morning. I vacuumed my vehicle for free and bought was a $1.25 air freshener. The card reader didn't scan properly. It took 3 tries. After I received the air freshener, I checked my checking balance. My checking stated that I was charged $10! I figured I might of been charged $5 for trying my card 4 times. Instead they charged me $10. Rather than approach this retailer, I notified my bank to dispute the cost. If anyone has an issue with the machines at Triple Play stores, I advise you to dispute it with your bank first. Rather than putting up with whatever B.S. you might run into complaining in store first. It should get resolved within 24 hours through your bank and if more people do it this way, Triple Play will be investigated. Sincerely Shawn W. Esquire

This is the most overpriced, useless car wash. $22 just to have to wash it again by hand. It left the rear window filthy, like it wasn’t even touched, and there was still dirt and bird poop on my car when it was done. The vacuums sounded powerful, but left more in my car than they picked up. I left very disappointed.
