We had the pleasure of buying a low milage Mini Cooper for my daughter from Ali and his team at Tristate Auto —- and while the car had a few unexpected mechanical issues after we drove it off the lot, Ali and his team were incredibly responsive to our every concern and covered all costs for needed repairs (even after giving us a great deal on the car! ) Rarely do you find a used car dealer who is so responsive with such honesty and integrity after the sale! They are below 1 star. This business operates deceptively. The switched the car VIN! Keep reading: After months of car searching, I called this dealership inquiring about a vehicle’s carfax, was sent it via email, reviewed the carfax and scheduled an appointment. They presented me a vehicle on my appointment with the same make, model and year. I test drove, negotiated and purchased *based* on the carfax history. They called me days later and said they provided me the wrong VIN and it was a “mistake.” But when i asked for the correct carfax. The car I now owned was in a MAJOR ACCIDENT! I was in possession and had insured a car that I would have NEVER purchased. I came in asking the owner to rectify the illegal and deceptive transaction and he smugly smiled and I was trying to “blackmail” h

I purchased my car from this dealership about 30 days ago and my mother purchased her caravan from the same place. I have to tell you all this dealership is honest, trustworthy and what they tell you they will do for you they absolutely do it. The receptionist Lisa is such a great person and extremely helpful, she makes you feel like family. I definitely recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking for a used car/suv.
