This was a great experience overall. It’s very difficult to find an honest body shop in this town that takes pride in their work. Tropical Collision repaired my Tesla model 3 and my Silverado in like new conditions and they are certified in both brands as well as many others. Tropical Collision was phenomenal!!! Customer service was fabulous. Just got My car repaired two days prior and scraped the entire passenger side. I called needing it repaired the same day so my husband would not divorce me. Gianni told me to come in right away. She texted me the directions . Chris immediately tended to me . I would highly recommend them without reservations.

I want to set the record straight regarding my experience with Tropical Collision. My 2026 Tesla Model Y was in the shop for quite a while, and I initially thought the delay was on them. It turns out the fault was entirely with State Farm’s processing. Throughout the entire ordeal, the team at Tropical was incredibly professional and friendly. A huge thank you to Gianni Tejera and Rich, they were so understanding of my situation that they even provided me with a loaner car while we waited for the insurance red tape to clear. I am very happy with the final results and their stellar service. Highly recommended!

I had owned my vehicle for a month when I had an accident. It was all minor cosmetic damages. This is what I thought. I had a couple of estimates. They all said, superficially this is what we estimate. They ballparked along the same price range $4-5k. I chose Tropical because I felt it was a small business company and wanted to help us little people. 3 months and $22k later 😩, I get to pick up my car. I went through my insurance. It seems to be a double edged sword. I personally think, the company milked my insurance company for everything they could. The car looked beautiful, brand new. A day later, I had the car standing idle, its rattling. Badly!!! And loudly. Something it did not do when I bought it. I took it to the dealership. You might ask why not take it back to Tropical
