Very pretty here, the houses are maintained well and way more modern than other parks. Yes the HOA is higher but you get what you pay for. My only issue is, I would really like a fenced back yard. I have been wanting a puppy for the longest time and not having a yard for it is cruel. The small fences that are approved are useless.

We bought a new home andhaveadnothingbutproblemswith it. In the first six months we requested help with a number of issues and things were done Halas’s. Our washer drains into our kitchen sink, unheard of. Our floors creek all the time and when they came out to check it we found out that the setup was shabby and that the staples were on the outside of the beams instead of in the beam. They put foam or something in between so that it helped some of the noise but couldn’t actually fix it. Or roof shingles were not sealed properly and our carport leaks. We ended up getting someone to come out and fix the rood and carport for $850.00. He had to remove 4 shingles and had to seal the rest as they were all loose. The property management team make rules and regulations on the fly. Then don't apply them equally. They keep raising the rent and do less maintenance. The office staff act like they are doing you a favor even talking to you.
