They replaced my 2019 Crosstrek's rear bearings last year, at half of what the dealer wanted. A little while ago, I started to hear a familiar growl from the rear. I took it to the dealer for one of my complimentary oil changes, and their multipoint inspection came back with both rear bearings needing replacement. I hadn't mentioned it btw. Called Troxell's, told them what was going on. They got me in a day later, did the repair for no cost as the parts were under warranty, and I was back on the road in 2 hours and 15 minutes. Sometimes, part die early. Troxell's stood by their work, fixed the issue and got me back on the road quickly and with smiles all around. Good folk.
