They were transparent about pricing, and I never felt pressured into making a decision. The dealership itself was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The service staff was very polite and accommodating. My vehicle was scheduled to repair a backup camera issue, but they also made time to complete an oil change which saved me making another trip to the dealership. I really appreciate that. Also, the waiting area is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Troy Alan Buick.

I had the 1st oil change & inspection on an Envision. To my surprise, I had to pay for the inspection! I haven't checked the paperwork I got (from when the car was purchased new with cash) but I expected the inspection to be free of charge!! It's a shame you don't cover that as well! I call that poor customer service! I gave the 4 star rating only because you did the services you were supposed to. The car wash was nice but I would have been more satisfied if you had provided the inspection free of charge, as I expected.
