Troy Auto Care II

Very happy with my service here! Being a relatively new car owner, something I've been worried about is finding an auto repair shop that isn't ripping me off and does good work. I came here after recommendation from my Mom. The people here are good and honest, the staff are nice, and the prices are great! I will be recommending this place to my friends and family whenever they need repairs to the their vehicles. This will be my go to place whenever I need repairs to my vehicle from now on.

I want to give a Big Thank You! to Kristi Hudson and technician Shane Myers. I had taken my 2018 Chevy Trax to Fox Chevrolet in Rochester After $5,842.58 in repairs and being laughed at by my service advisor Olivia, when I said that was alot for me in repair costs. When the initial repairs were completed. I was told by Ron the service manager that I would need another 4 to $5,000. More in repairs due to my vehicle now overheating. Also,that they would not even give me 1,000 for it towards a trade in. Shane at Troy Auto Care II performed inspections and found NO issues with my vehicle no problems whatsoever. All at no charge Kristi, said I had gone through enough already hell at the dealership. Beware of dealership scams. I will be recommending Troy Auto Care II to all my friends and family

I can’t recommend Troy Auto Care enough! I’ve been dealing with electrical problems on my Dodge Journey for years. The dealership replaced over $2,000 worth of equipment but never fixed the issue—instead, they blamed everything but the real problem. Troy Auto Care was a completely different experience. They were fair, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me. Their prices were well below market, and they fixed the issues that had plagued my car for years—for just a couple hundred dollars (what most other places charge just to look at a vehicle!). I was so impressed that I brought my truck in the same day. They gave me a detailed inspection and helped guide me toward the right decisions on repairs. They even saw my vehicle within a day, when other shops wouldn’t schedu

The dealership told me I needed brake pads so I went to Troy Auto Care II. They could have just replaced the pads, but were honest and said I still have 40 percent brake life left. Great experience! Highly recommend

Brought my car in for a battery light. They said they looked at it and said the intake hose was causing the battery light to turn on… which makes no sense… Got my car back and they said they fixed the battery issue… Less than one day later the light turns back on. I had to miss multiple days of work because they didn’t want to even try to fix my issue. Had to take it to an actual honest and decent shop, who actually diagnosed the issue and fixed it.
