"I want to warn others about my experience with True Auto in Moncks Corner, SC. I've bought over 10 cars, but this place takes the cake. A few cars on their lot are lemons, and mine's one of them. Bought a truck, and within a week, the check engine light came on after they held it for a week just for me to have to take it to get the bed liner put on myself or they would of held it for two weeks. While purchasing this truck another disgruntle customer came in having issues with their car and warranty they were sold just a week or two after there purchasing. During a routine oil change, the brake pad monitor was found disabled, and enabling it showed the service brake pads needed attention. My experience with TruAuto was a very positive one! they were very open to me paying cash for my vehicle and even help me find one that fit my budget and once we found the vehicle I was interested in my salesman Harry went himself to drive the vehicle to the Moncks Corner Dealership from Summerville, so I could see and close on the vehicle we agreed on that was within my cash budget. The finance manager Paulie made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the warranties and options to cover and protect my vehicle. He moved me through the purchase paperwork smooth and easy to my surprise he also had the coolest desktop computer screen for reviewing and signing all the documents which was totally awesome!
