Truck Country

Hey Derrick, I changed my review. This has been the worst I've ever been treated at a dealership that I've previously visited multiple times and left great reviews about. I guess when a dealership works on your vehicle supposedly for 2yrs what more could you do. This all started last year around October, my truck went in for oil sensor light. We got it all checked in as usual. I paid the diagnostic fees all we had to wait for were the parts. Here comes November my truck gets vandalized, I was told per Ben we will cover the costs. Hmm long story short Ben disappeared and derrick acted clueless and pretended those emails did not exist at all. Ahhhh Derrick I kept every email, you knew they existed. You all did me wrong for no reason, you had the audacity to lie and say "we fixed your truck,

This place has got some great people working very nice customer service orientated of course. expensive but What freightliner company isn’t right? Driving as a company driver right now, so I was told that there was some confusion on some estimates, but I believe they got it worked out. Charged $104 to prime my refrigeration unit because I ran out of fuel waiting. It was my fault, but it took 15 minutes so I was overcharged but the refrigeration unit is running. Went to go get something to eat and had no way to get there and somebody here I wanna see his name. Let me use his very nice very new Cadillac without hesitation he just said take it. I was amazed.

I had a great experience Ben was super knowledgeable and kept me informed on the repairs had a radiator go bad they removed and replaced it in 6 hours had no issues at all there great people to work with.

Love this place! I’ve been coming here for years and they’re always the same, fast, helpful, friendly and the mechanics don’t sugarcoat things but they actually have a “tell it like it is” attitude when it comes to repairs.

Great service got me in n out same day for DEF problems, very impressed
